Participation Terms and Rules
1. General Information
The Salomon Çeşme Marathon is a road running event held in Çeşme with distances of 42.195 km (Marathon), 21.0975 km (Half Marathon), and 10 km.
Participants must complete their races within the following time limits:
Participants are required to carry equipment that ensures their ability to continue running safely under partial self-sufficiency rules.
2. Participation Conditions
Participation is open to runners aged 18 and above. Those aged 16-18 can participate only in the 10K race with parental consent.
Participants must have a valid medical report or an athlete license approved by a federation, indicating they are fit to participate.

Refund requests for registration fees must be submitted by April 14, 2025. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
Registration fees must be paid via Visa/MasterCard credit card or bank transfer. The final registration list will include only participants who have completed payment. The organization reserves the right to offer discounted fees under certain conditions.
4. Race Kit Distribution
Participants must collect their bib numbers and other materials on May 2-3, 2025 from the "Race Office".

All distances will have aid stations every 5 km and water/sponging stations every 2.5 km.
8. Environmental Awareness
Participants must respect nature, dispose of waste in designated bins, and avoid harming the environment. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
9. Safety and Health
The organization reserves the right to alter, shorten, or cancel the event in case of adverse weather conditions. Participants must adhere to medical advice and decisions made by the organization.

Provisional results will be announced on race day, and final results will be published within 5 business days on cesmeyarimaratonu.com.

Participants can appeal results within 5 business days of the race date. Appeals made after this period will not be considered.
13. Awards
The Salomon Çeşme Marathon does not offer monetary prizes. Each participant who completes the race will receive a medal.
Çeşme - Alaçatı
On May 3, 2025, free shuttle services will be provided for athletes participating in the 10K run from Çeşme Cumhuriyet Square to the Alaçatı starting point. Athletes who wish to use the shuttles must present their bib numbers to board.

Athletes who complete the 10K run can return to Alaçatı from Çeşme using free shuttle services departing from Çeşme Cumhuriyet Square.
